A training log made into a website. Centred wordmark with the nav underneath, ruled boards with dotted leaders, and a marquee that carries the price and the parks instead of borrowed logos. Court blue lifted off the painted key at Bellevue.

The driveway at dusk. Warm dark ground, high contrast serif at full size with one word in italic orange, and a single graded photograph carrying the whole first screen. The closest to the Space Jam brief.

A wins on the thing Alex is actually selling. The parent writing the cheque is buying belief and structure, not grit, and grit is already occupied: Stan Kimbrough in Mason runs "Earned. Not Given." with an ex NBA resume behind it. Alex cannot outgrit him. He can out method him.
A also solves the photo problem. Every competitor darkens a photo under a black scrim so white type survives on top. Alex's courts are bright midday phone shots, and a scrim would make them look like the same suppressed stock everyone else uses. The knockout plate lets the photo stay at full brightness and still hold a 116px headline.
C is the direction your brief describes, and it is genuinely the most cinematic of the three. It is here because it deserved to be built, not because I think it wins. Worth knowing before you choose: a light ground has won the last seven direction locks, twice when the dark palette was the one requested.
